You can access your account with your log-in and password to cancel an order.
Works can also be returned would you be disappointed upon delivery. You simply have to contact ArtFloor within 14 days and we will help you return it through one of the carriers. The works have to be returned in the original package.
ArtFloor will fully re-credit the client’s account once the work returned.
The gallery has experienced less that one returned work a year over the last 15 years!
