Née à Hong Kong en 1979, Stephanie a commencé sa formation en peinture à l'huile à l'âge de 11 ans. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme de la London School of Economics en 2001, Stephanie a continué à explorer son potentiel artistique, travaillant comme artiste à plein temps depuis 2007. .

Stephanie continue de développer ses peintures de style Lowry très reconnaissables de minuscules figures humaines. En se basant principalement sur des photographies, parfois Stéphanie peint ce qu'elle voit, et parfois elle chorégraphie le tableau. Semblait flotter généreusement sur la toile; chaque figure est soigneusement positionnée. Tout comme composer un morceau de musique, avec des notations accrochées à travers les lignes, créer des mélodies enchanteresses, converser avec les spectateurs.
