Susan Porter est une artiste britannique émergente vivant  actuellement à Montréal, au Canada.
Ses grands tableaux « macro » de fleurs et d'animaux attirent un public international qui apprécie leur simplicité graphique.
Susan a commencé à peindre il y a 6 ans après avoir suivi des cours avec Shernya Vininsky-Krause, au QC, elle a depuis suivi des cours avec Sonia Haberstich et Momoko Allard au Centre des arts visuels de Montréal.

Susan s’inspire de Georgia O'Keeffe, qui l'a amenée à peindre dans son style actuel( en style plus « Macro »). Puis le passage à l’acrylique a permis à l’artiste de repousser un peu plus les limites artistiques imposées par la peinture à l’huile.
